About UsThe Wine Merchant, Ltd. has two convenient locations in St. Louis: our original store in Clayton since 1992 and our Creve Coeur since 1998. Our predominant focus is wine. In addition to our large domestic selection, we sell top flight wine from highly acclaimed importers. We also have a quality selection of beer , hard-to-find liquor, well-maintained cigar humidor, the best cheese department in the Midwest and all types of accessories, including Riedel stemware.
Positions Available
We have immediate openings for cheese clerks for the finest cheese department in the Midwest. Our cheese department is new and innovative. We focus on domestic artisan and farmhouse cheeses but also carry an excellent selection of import cheeses. We have also recently added charcuterie, other cured meats and specialty food items.
QualificationsHard working professionals with good attitudes, who pride themselves on excellent customer service, are valued. Experience is preferred but not necessary. A genuine interest in the product and a willingness to learn is necessary. We offer on-the-job-training for our employees and our wages are competitive.
