Description of Event:

Basically all the European countries have fairly ancient winemaking histories (thus the term "old world"). The rest of the world has built their own traditions inspired by the old guard. In this class we'll review some of the basic concepts of European grape-growing, winemaking, classic grapes, and regions.

Note: Aromas are a big part of the enjoyment of wine! Please limit your use of perfumes or colognes in our classes or tastings.
