Petit Cellier is the second wine from the Domaine du Cellier aux Moines. The 2023 vintage is a delightful wine and one of the best values in red Burgundy, offering bright, forward raspberry and lively floral notes. The texture is supple and fresh, with smooth, silky tannins and medium body. The wine is made from the younger vines of the domaine (now completely replanted with massal selection); they were destemmed, gently fermented and aged exclusively in used casks.
