Entirely estate fruit, certified organic since 2014. This is gorgeous, from grapes planted on an east-facing cool spot. There’s no question that the Californian sunshine still have an impact – the silky texture is striking and the overall body is rich and intense, but you are left with a feeling of lightness. Intense black cherry fruits, touches of anise and rosemary, a kick of smoke and salinity on the finish.
