The 2014 Une Champagne is a blend of Beauxregards, Le Cran, Mailly, Ambonnay, Aÿ, Cramant and Rilly La Montagne, an intriguing combination, to say the least. Creamy and textured, the 2014 offers up an exotic mélange of orchard fruit, spice and flowers, with attractive tropical notes that develop with a bit of coaxing. It's a fitting conclusion to this tasting at Bérêche.
