Orders that have not yet shipped can be cancelled and refunded within 24 hours. Simply call or email us to cancel!
Orders that have shipped can be returned for a full refund (minus shipping costs, if any) if the products received are:
1. Not the correct products
2. Compromised in quality (e.g. corked or leaking bottles)
3. Not to your liking
Note: We MUST have the bottle(s) back in order to process a refund. Opened bottles can be emptied. Unopened bottles must be in sellable condition (not refrigerated, labels intact, no water damage to outside of bottle, etc.)
Food products are NOT returnable or refundable.
If your order was shipped or delivered, you are responsible for return shipping (expedited if necessary based on weather). If bottles are compromised due to incorrect return shipping, we may not be able to process a refund.
