The inverse blend of the Paulinette, the 2015 Costieres de Nimes Chateau Guiot Numa is 95% Syrah and 5% Grenache, from the estate's oldest vines. Toasty, mocha-scented oak frames dark fruit in this full-bodied, richly textured wine. It's supple and dense, packed with flavor and long on the finish. It should drink well for 5-7 years from the vintage.
