This shows its pedigree on the palate with a richness and sweeter inner core that's crushed by its gorgeous, drying acidity and mineral component. She consistently achieves lower yields than required by the appellation, which contributes to the concentration and intensity of the wine. Her daughter Salome, now the winemaker, like her mother, has the ability to translate the unique characteristics of Pouilly-Vinzelles terroir into elegant, expressive, and age-worthy wine.
