We've dug up an absolute gem in Champagne Decotanne, from the southern reaches of the Cote des Bar. Today's release is made up of 90% Pinot Noir, 5% Chardonnay, and 5% Petit Meunier. Base harvest is 2017, the wine was bottled in 2018, dosage was a classic 9 grams, and disgorgement took place shortly prior to shipment. This is the classically styled, fresh, delicious NV Brut that people seek out and is a big step up from all the grande marque peers.
