Coming from the Koosah Vineyard (planted in 2016), a young site producing outstanding wines, the 2021 Chardonnay Eola-Amity Hills saw 40% new French oak. Aromatically, it reveals riper aromas moving into ripe peach and tropical flowers, and it’s medium to full-bodied, with the broadest feel of texture across the palate and in general. It also has a great core of citrus.
