A generous and mellow wine with caramelized quince and orange blossom aromas, plus a tiny hint of something balsamic that makes this compelling. Powerful, but also austerely mineral, energetic and very structured, this breaks the rules in a beautiful way. Long, slightly austere baked apple finish. A cuvee of 63% pinot noir and 37% chardonnay. From biodynamically grown grapes with Demeter certification. Disgorged in March 2023. Drink or hold.
