The 2019 Ventoux Les Ribes Du Vallat (70% Grenache and 30% Syrah) is a larger production cuvée from this team that represents a terrific value. Giving up lots of black raspberry, candied orange, sandalwood, and ground pepper aromatics, it’s medium-bodied, with silky, elegant tannins, outstanding balance, and a clean, classy style perfect for drinking over the coming 5-7 years.
