Lovely nose – it has some menthol and camphor notes to the blackberry fruits. Medium-bodied, feels quite pleasingly reined-in and tightly drawn together. Has good intensity, vibrancy and focus for a hot vintage. Fresh and drinkable, it feels very Sablet. Vines over 40 years old, hand harvested, destemmed.
