From some of the highest vineyards in the appellation, north facing and over 90 years old. The vineyards are terraced and literally look like Cotie Rotie. This is always the last harvested, typically in October. Much more meaty Syrah aromas here. Very aromatic and complex. Great, ripe tannin that balances the wine and gives elegance to the finish.
